For the last few years, we are pleased to "house" some producer friends who are still in the early phases of their projects. Gianni Delfabbro started producing the splendid Ronc di Vico wines in 2003, in the exciting area of Bellazoia in the North of the Colli Orientali. His red wines are made in his own cellar, but it is not yet set up for producing white wines which are made in our cellar under his instructions and control. All his wines, reds and whites are bottled in our cellar. The other guest, Luigi Collavini aka "il Salvàdi" (the Savage) - a name he also uses for his Sauvignon - is a different type of guest. Despite belonging to an important winemaking dynasty, he has wanted to develop his own personal project. Here at Ronco del Gnemiz we produce for him a very few bottles of Sauvignon (il Salvàdi) and Chardonnay (il Bastàrt).
